Shipping

Your order should be delivered within 4 to 6 working days following payment and order confirmation of in-stock items. Full delivery information is available at checkout. All prepaid orders subjected to be delivered in India are offered as free shipping as a complimentary service from doveonline.in. However, COD charges will apply wherein the customers chose to pay on delivery. Further, International postage will be applicable, where the orders are to be despatched to international destinations.
 
Exchange-Returns and Refunds
 
Our prime motto at Doveonline.in is to serve our customers at the highest desired levels. We offer an EASY 2-DAYS EXCHANGE policy, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or have a size issue, you may exchange most items bought from www.doveonline.in. Any discrepancies with the received product shall be brought to our notice via email or phone within 2 days of the delivery of the parcel to avail the same.
 
In cases, where the size you order doesnt fit you or you didn't like the product at all, we will exchange the same for the intended size or product, provided its available in the stock. The customer in these cases will have to ship the articles to our address, which will be communicated when the exchange case is reported to us via email. Doveonline is not liable to pay for the reverse-shipping in the same.
 
Though, we maintain highest quality standards at doveonline.in, however, if there is any manufacturing defect or there is a discrepancy with the ordered articles, we will issue a cash refund to your bank account. The same has to be informed along with a snapshot of the same via email to sales@doveonline.in within 2 days of the delivery of goods. The refund is only applicable if informed within 2-days of delivery. 
 
Please note that It is also necessary to ensure that, the goods being sent back, in any of the cases above retains all its original packing material (barcodes, tags, labels, etc) and should not be tampered or soiled.
