Why should I create a user profile at Doveonline?
Before placing an order, you need to create a user profile. When you log in to your user profile, your personal details are already stored so that you don't have to enter them again when placing a new order. You also have access to your account; where you can get a full overview of your profile, pending orders, order history, shipping and payment details.
 
How do I create a user profile at Doveonline?
 
You can easily create your own doveonline user profile by creating a username and password. We recommend that you use your email address as your username, to make it easy to remember. Please make sure that your password is at least 6 characters.
 
I forgot my password / username - can you help me?
 
If you forgot your password, just click the “Forgot password” link and we will send you an email with information on how to reset your password. A forgotten username can be retrieved directly via email.
 
An item added to my shopping bag was suddenly sold out at checkout. How is this possible?
 
The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed in the checkout. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your shopping bag, but sold out once you reach the checkout. An item added to your shopping bag is saved, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
 
How do I cancel or edit a placed order?
 
Log into ‘My Account’ and select "Order History". Here, you can edit or cancel pending orders that haven't been shipped yet.
 
How do I place an order?
 
You can place an order on our website by adding items to the shopping bag and following the checkout process. You can also order the items from our catalogue/lookbook by emailing us the article details and colour and size specification at sales@doveonline.in
 
Payments
 
How do I pay?
 
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or net banking tabs available through PAYU tab when you checkout. We also offer Cash on delivery option within India. See our payment section for more information regarding our different payment methods.

Which cards are accepted?
 
We accept any card with a MasterCard or Visa symbol. Note that if you have pending orders, all orders will be paid for with the last card used.
 
When is the amount debited from my card?
 
Your card will be debited on the sole discretion of your Bank and we have no responsibilities or hold, if any technical glitch occurs from the Bank or its website.
 
Shipping and Returns

What happens in case of returns?
 
If you return any items, the balance will be refunded to your user account and will show as the credit on your account, which can be used to shop further.
 
How long does delivery take?
 
Your order should be delivered within 4 to 6 working days following payment and order confirmation of in-stock items. Full delivery information is available at checkout.
 
What are the shipping and handling costs when shopping online?
 
All orders subjected to be delivered in India are offered as free shipping as a complimentary service from doveonline.in. However, International postage will be applicable, where the orders are to be dispatched to international destinations.
